Yesterday's Workout


Ok, going to try really hard
to post regularly! 
Life can sure get busy! 
Some exciting new adventures 
heading my way!  
Feeling inspired & ready for a change! 
Yesterday's workout was 
from the fabulous HIIT mamas site! 
LOTS of awesome workouts!

7 thrusters
7 burpees
7 kettlebell swings
7 toes to bar
